Pineapple weight loss diet

Pineapple weight loss diet

Pineapple juice.
Have a cup of tasty pineapple juice before a meal will make you no over eating in the meal.
Material:
200ml pineapple juice, a small pineapple, 100 or 150g strawberry, a fresh orange, half lemon, 1 tsp sugar and 4 spoon vanilla ice cream.
Cooking:
Put the pineapple juice in an ice cube making container then leave it in your freezer for 45mins.
During the waiting time, peel the pineapple and cut it into dice. Wash the strawberry and dice it as well.
Put the pineapple and strawberry dice in a blender then make some orange and lemon juice in by hand and add 1tsp sugar.
Mix them well-distributed then put the vanilla ice cream in the blender and shortly mix them together until all of the materials are well-distributed.
Take out the pineapple ice cubes from your freezer and distribute the cubes into 4 glass cups. Add the fruit mixture in these 4 glass cups. Done.
Pineapple rice

Materials:
200g Thai fragrant rice, 100g chicken, 1 onion, 1 pineapple, 200g dried bittern tofu, some French mayonnaise, 1 lemon, little curry, 1 tsp salt, little pepper powder and 1 tsp maguey juice.
Cooking:
Slice the onion, dice the chicken and fry them together.
Cut the pineapple into half, take out the sarcocarp carefully and leave the shells for the next.
Dice the pineapple sarcocarp and dried bittern tofu, put them in the cooked rice.
Add curry, salt, pepper powder and lemon juice and mix them.
Put the fried onion chicken in the two pineapple shells’ bottom. After that, fill the mixed rice in it.
